Refund and Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy once you have received your products. 
You must place a request for a full refund by contacting us at chris@espowater.com

Further instructions will be emailed to you. You will be required to return the products in the same packaging and condition that you received them. In some instances, you will bear the cost to return the products to us depending on the return reason. Your proof of purchase must also be accompanied by your email and return.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we have received the products and are satisfied with the condition of the products we will process your refund immediately. We will also notify you by email throughout the process. We will refund the amount using the same method you paid with unless you specifically request another payment method.
We believe in all the Tappwater products and believe refunds will be a rarity. But from time to time we may experience a defective product, or a consumer that isn’t satisfied, and because we believe in the products so much, this is the reason why we offer a 30-day money-back policy! We believe that once you’ve tried the product you will see its outstanding appeal and usefulness.
